4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancelled 14 days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before course start date
• No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before course start date
• Refunds for one-on-one coaching require 48 hours notice

Recording of sessions is prohibited without explicit written consent from tortrsalma and all participants.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.
